Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Honeydew Tasks, including our mobile application, website, and related services. By using Honeydew Tasks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who We Are
Honeydew Tasks is operated by Honeydew, LLC. In these Terms, "Honeydew," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Honeydew, LLC, and "you" refers to the person using the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Honeydew Tasks. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity that happens through your account, and keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Tasks, Invites, and Rewards
Honeydew Tasks helps users create tasks, share invites, submit completion details, and coordinate rewards. You are responsible for the tasks, rewards, proof, messages, and other content you create or share.
Rewards are arrangements between users. Honeydew does not guarantee that a task will be completed, that a reward will be provided, or that any user-provided information is accurate. Do not create tasks or rewards that are unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Honeydew Tasks or help anyone else misuse it. For example, you may not:
- violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
- harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or deceive another person;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
- attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or networks without permission;
- use the service to facilitate illegal, dangerous, or non-consensual conduct.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Honeydew Tasks. You grant Honeydew a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and grant this license.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Honeydew Tasks, you acknowledge that we process information as described in that policy.
8. App Stores and Third-Party Services
Your use of Honeydew Tasks may also be subject to terms from Apple, Google, Firebase, payment providers, email providers, or other third-party services that support the app. Honeydew is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
9. Intellectual Property
Honeydew Tasks, including our name, branding, app design, software, and other materials, is owned by Honeydew or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of any Honeydew intellectual property.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of Honeydew Tasks after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Honeydew Tasks at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service in a way that could harm Honeydew or others.
12. Disclaimers
Honeydew Tasks is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Honeydew and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
